I’ve left some lost property on the bus, how do I get it back?
Get in touch with our Customer Care team via our Contact Page and they will be happy to help you locate your lost item(s).
Items not collected within 30 days are destroyed and perishable items are not kept for longer than 24 hours.
You can collect items from us between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
