You will earn while you learn when you join us! As a Trainee Bus Driver, you are guaranteed full-time hours and will earn a minimum of £26,400 or £505 a week*, once you have finished training you will have a guaranteed job and be able to work from one of our three South Wales depots.

Who can apply?
Anybody who has fantastic customer service and is ready to learn!
We have no age limit, and you can apply if you meet the following criteria
You have held a UK licence for over one year*.
You have three points or less on your licence.
You weigh less than 19 stone / 120 KG
You have not been disqualified from driving in the last 5 years*
* 6 months if driving overseas
*10 years for drink driving.
Don’t worry if you have never driven a bus before – We can train you! We have a Training Academy in South Cardiff (The Docks) and Swansea (Llansamlet).
